By purchasing an Elevate Charcuterie Club membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership
The Elevate Charcuterie Club is available as a 1-month or 3-month membership. Members may choose to pay in full or through an approved monthly payment plan.
Each membership includes one (1) artisan charcuterie box per month for the duration of the selected membership.
Payment
Payment is due according to the selected membership option.
Pay in Full- Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
Monthly Payment Plan- Payments will be automatically processed according to the agreed payment schedule. A valid credit card must remain on file for the duration of the membership. Failed or declined payments must be resolved before the next pickup date.
Subscription Commitment
Memberships are a fixed-term commitment.
Early cancellations, refunds, or partial credits are not available once your membership begins.
Pickup
All memberships are local pickup only in Bath and Kingston, Ontario, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Members will receive advance notice of each month's pickup date, time, and location.
Boxes not collected during the designated pickup window may be forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements have been approved by Elevate Charcuterie.
Menu & Product Availability
Each month's box is uniquely curated and will vary based on seasonal availability and local artisan products.
While every effort is made to include 3-4 local items, Elevate Charcuterie reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary.
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
Members are responsible for notifying Elevate Charcuterie of any allergies or dietary restrictions before their membership begins.
While reasonable accommodations may be made, products are prepared in environments where common allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten, and meats may be present. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
Wine Add-On
The optional wine pairing is available only to members 19 years of age or older.
Government-issued photo identification is required at pickup.
If wine cannot be released due to age verification requirements, no refund will be provided for that month's wine add-on.
Custom Charcuterie Board
The personalized charcuterie board is a one-time add-on available at the time of purchase with the Elevate Charcuterie Bar Logo.
Membership Transfers
Memberships may be gifted to another individual by providing written notice to Elevate Charcuterie prior to the monthly pickup date.
Missed Pickups
If you are unable to attend the scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible.
Whenever possible, alternate pickup arrangements may be made; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Boxes not claimed within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be discarded due to food safety regulations and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Food Safety
Once your charcuterie box has been picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for proper transportation, refrigeration, and food handling.
For best quality and food safety, products should be refrigerated promptly and consumed within the recommended timeframe.
Communication
By joining the Elevate Charcuterie Club, you agree to receive our communications, including pickup reminders, menu updates, and important service announcements.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time; however, essential membership communications will continue for the duration of your subscription.
Membership Changes
Elevate Charcuterie reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to product offerings, pickup schedules, pricing for future memberships, and membership benefits. Any changes will not affect memberships that have already been purchased.
Liability
Elevate Charcuterie is not responsible for damages resulting from improper storage, transportation, handling, or consumption of products after pickup.
Acceptance
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
